Spin Circuits
Moderate to High impact full body workout with a mixture of conditioning exercises and cardio exercises.
10-12 exercises in each round, 4-5 rounds, 30/10 second splits. Spanning over the hour.
Sprints on the bike into step, mat and weighted exercises on the floor.
Always take each exercise to your level and if unsure of an exercise don’t forget to ask.
Alternatives are always available.

Low impact group indoor cycling session.
Working through all the positions on the bike, but if you don't feel comfortable standing that is fine, just keep pedaling.
Moderate to high calorie loss session and great for improving your cardio endurance while pedaling to the beat of the music from 80’s to top 40.
A variety of music to enjoy and keep you motivated.
