We have a varied selection of cardiovascular and resistance machines including a free weights section. We regard ourselves as having a friendly atmosphere, welcoming all ages and abilities.
The Gym has a mixture of cardiovascular and resistance machines, with ab machines and a weights section with a cable machine, smith machine/squat rack and dumbbells ranging from 1kg to 20kg, we also have a Heavy Weights Room where the dumbbells range from 22.5kg to 50kg. The floor in the gym is a wooden sprung floor, while the floor in the weights room is ideal for heavy deadlifts with extra padding and due to the 20kg and 25kg bumper plates your PR deadlifts will be well supported.
We are dedicated to caring for you by keeping you safe and the overcrowding in the gym to a minimum during your time with us.
To reduce overcrowding slots are limited to 10 in the Gym and 2 in the Weights Room.
The booking counts down eg: 8/10 means 8 slots left etc
