AJ - (Anna-Joy) Silvester

AJ graduated from Staffs Uni with a First Class BSc Hons Degree in Sport and Exercise Science!

Following on she will be going into her teacher training for her PGCE in Physical Education.

AJ has a great passion for fitness and her joy for training will translate well for the kids she will soon be teaching.

AJ is always happy to motivate and encourage members in the gym to help them along their fitness journey.
