"I decided I wanted to work in the health industry after losing 10 stone in weight and competing in Strong woman events. I have experienced a few injuries myself and having seen my father and mother struggle with back pain I wanted to be able to help others reach their full health potential. Since completing my first honours degree in sports therapy I continued with my education and have now received a Masters Degree in Rehabilitation".
