Ellie has been into exercise and fitness from a young age. At 6 she made her first stage show appearance dancing to the Spice Girls and Mary Poppins, she still loves dancing to this day.
She has loved being able to help people of all abilities from her first unofficial client when she was 16 years old. She helped her gym strength coach from her swimming days, who was competing in a triathlon and Ellie worked on her coach's swimming technique and confidence while in the pool and her coach finished first in the women's category and third overall and has gone on to compete many times over.
From then Ellie’s passion for helping people grew and in 2011 she became qualified as a level 2 gym instructor and got her first job in a gym. Working on the floor doing inductions and making sure all the members were safe. By 2013 it was time to help even more by getting her level 3 personal training qualification. She has picked up many more over the years.
She has worked with all different clients who have all different goals, from ones who want to gain strength, recovering from an injury, getting ready for an event like a holiday or wedding, getting back into fitness after having a baby or her young at heart groups working on their mobility, muscular endurance and strength and balance as they age.
Ellie joined the Drayton Community Sports Club team in the summer of 2020. She loves getting to work with all the different clientele at the club and can’t wait to see what they all achieve over the coming months and years.
Lets get training and working towards your goals!
