Body Conditioning
Low to Moderate impact full body sculpting, toning and conditioning class.
Suitable for all ability levels. Involves body weight and resistance based exercises for the upper, lower abdominal areas with deep stretches at the end.
For example some exercises are: Shoulder press, Bicep Curls, Press-ups (standing or on the floor) Lunges, Abductor raises, Adductor raises and Crunches.
Alternatives are always available.
The class is held on zoom from the comfort of your own home

Mixed Ability Keep Fit
This is a low impact class suitable for all levels.
Full body workout, bodyweight to light resistance exercises.
The whole session is done standing, so no need to worry about getting up and down off the floor.
We do sometimes use the benches on the field too for different exercises and to help if balance is not on your side that day.
Exercises to improve your core strength, balance and muscular endurance as well as cardiovascular endurance.
The class is also held outside unless heavy rain, in which case we head inside into the court.

Legs, Bums and Tums
Low impact fun class suitable for all fitness and ability levels.
Starting with a mini aerobic warm up followed by a conditioning section for the legs and bum.
The session involves muscle toning exercises and deep stretches.
Exercises such as: Lunges, Squats, Planks, Wall sits, Glute kicks, Crunches, Torso Twists to name a few, with alternatives always available.
